Receiving email alerts

Users of the data room often like to be kept up to date with changes to the data room without the need to log in regularly and browse through the documents.

Document Vault comes with an optional Email Alert module, allowing you to send automatic emails at a specific time each day to alert users of changes in the data room, including new documents added and documents which have been changed or deleted. Alerts are only sent when changes have occurred.

As a data room administrator you can choose which users will receive the alerts. Alternatively, you can send them to all users.
